Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

If an organization has signed up for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), its employees and their household members may use the EAP to help manage issues in their work-related or personal lives. The issues that EAP provide support include, but not limited to, substance abuse, emotional distress, major life events, health care concerns, financial concerns, relationship problems, and work relationship issues.

Research has showed that Organizations with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) in place can reduce the turnover rate, sick leave, and increase staff productivity.

Confidentiality is maintained in accordance with privacy laws and ethical standards.
