Anne believes that when life stressors, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, domestic violence, issues with addiction, trauma, abuse, or other psychological or emotional problems overwhelm us it is nice to know that there is someone who can support and guide us towards the life we want for ourselves.
Anne believes that as a psychologist her role is to support clients in their journey towards that life as quickly as possible, and she is passionate about this role. As such, she has helped individuals address their issues using a collaborative and supportive approach that involves a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the client’s specific needs.
