Support Coordination.
All our support coordinators are highly experienced. Each of them has worked in mental health settings for many years. They can help you:
- Understand your NDIS plan
- Maximize the funding in your NDIS plan
- navigate the complex health systems,
- link you to local and reputable services to meet your needs,
- liaise with multiple stakeholders to make sure a collaborative approach among service providers
- prepare plan review
Early childhood intervention
We provide psychological service and support coordination service for children under the age of 6 and their families.
We understand not everyone is able to travel to our office for appointments especially if you have a physical condition. Our team of experienced staff can see you at your home if needs be.
